Why the same gut advice works for her and wrecks you.

Kombucha sorted your friend out. It bloats you for two days. Fiber helps one person and backs another one up. The advice is not wrong. It is just not written for the gut you have.

There are five common patterns. This is the course that walks you through all five, so you can see which one your week actually looks like.

Eleven lessons. Read on your phone. Yours to keep.

You have a drawer of half-finished bottles

The probiotic with the good reviews. The digestive enzymes. The magnesium someone in a Facebook group swore by. Most of them are two-thirds full.

You have taken out dairy, then gluten, then nightshades. The safe list keeps getting shorter and the bloating finds you anyway. You know which jeans not to wear after lunch.

And because you changed three things in the same week, you still cannot say which one did anything.

None of that was a discipline problem. You were running experiments without knowing what you were testing.

The five patterns

Five patterns. One of them is yours.

Gut symptoms are not one problem with one fix. They sort into five patterns, and the patterns want opposite things, which is why everything you read contradicts everything else you read. Alina teaches each one the way she teaches it on a call: with a picture you will not forget.

A cut-paper car with the hood up, showing the engine and its belts

Pattern 01

The Wired-and-Tired Gut

“Same lunch on a calm day and a bad day, and only one of them hurts.”

A car with the engine timing off. Every part works. They are firing in the wrong order, so digestion keeps getting interrupted by a nervous system that never quite stands down.

The food is fine. The system processing it isn't.

A cut-paper screen door with the mesh torn open

Pattern 02

The Reactive Gut

“My safe food list keeps getting shorter.”

A screen door with holes in it. The filter is meant to keep things out and it is letting them through, which is why the list of foods you react to grows while the foods themselves stay the same.

The foods aren't the problem. The barrier is.

A cut-paper kitchen with every cupboard standing open, jars emptied and crumbs across the floor

Pattern 03

The Sugar-Driven Gut

“The 3pm craving does not feel like a choice I am making.”

Squatters in the house. Something living in there has worked out how to get the host to feed it, and it is very good at making its hunger feel like yours.

The cravings aren't yours. They're something else's, broadcasting through you.

A cut-paper stove with a pan sitting on an unlit burner

Pattern 04

The Underactive Gut

“Food sits like a stone for hours.”

A kitchen where the stove never gets hot enough. The food sits there instead of cooking, which is why protein feels heaviest and why the fullness lasts half the afternoon.

The problem isn't what you're eating. It's that your stomach isn't breaking it down.

A cut-paper basement with standing water and an unrepaired leak overhead

Pattern 05

The Bloated and Backed-Up Gut

“Flat in the morning, bloated by evening. Every day.”

Bacteria that moved into the wrong neighborhood, over a basement with a leak nobody repaired. It is the pattern that clears and comes back, and the leak is why.

The bacteria aren't the problem. The location is.

Four of these are not you. Working out which one is, is the whole job, and it is what the eleven lessons are for.

Every lesson ends with one question to answer. There are twelve of them, and they are the difference between having read this and being able to use it.

The private group comes with it, for anything you want to ask as you go.

What this is, and what it is not

The right-hand column is the reason to believe the left.

What it is

Eleven written lessons, about ten minutes each, read on a phone in the gaps you already have.

How digestion actually works, in plain language, with the analogies Alina uses on calls.

One question at the end of every lesson. Twelve in all, and they are where the thinking happens.

Yours to keep, with the private group included.

What it is not

Not video. This one is reading, start to finish.

Not a protocol. No four week plan, no supplement list, no foods to remove.

Not a diagnosis. It works in patterns, and it is clear about what a pattern can and cannot tell you.

Not the right thing if you already know your pattern and want the plan. That is the Gut Reset Course.

A cut-paper scene of two chairs turned toward each other, set up for a conversation

Who wrote this

Alina Nazari, FDN-P

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Her practice is built on working out what is actually driving someone's symptoms instead of quieting them down and hoping.

This is the hour she used to spend at the start of every client call, explaining how the system works before touching anyone's plan. It is written down now, so you can have it for $27.

Before you buy

Why is it only $27?

Because it explains, it does not prescribe. No meal plan, no supplement protocol, no four weeks of structure. It is meant to be the first thing you buy, not the last.

Is this just the free quiz?

No. The quiz names a pattern in twelve questions. This is the reasoning underneath it: what the five patterns are, how digestion works, why yours behaves the way it does. The quiz hands you an answer. This is what lets you tell whether it fits.

Should I buy this or the $147 course?

This one if you still do not know which pattern you are in. The Gut Reset Course if you do, and you want the four weeks that go with it.

Is there video?

No, and it is worth saying twice. Eleven written lessons, about ten minutes each. If you would rather watch than read, the Gut Reset Course has video right through.

Will it tell me what to eat?

Not as a plan. It covers the habits and the nutrition groundwork, but it hands you no menu and no list of foods to cut. Taking foods out before you know your pattern is how people end up with nine safe foods and no answers.

How long does it take?

About two hours in total if you read it straight through, though most people do a lesson at a time. Access does not expire, so you can go at whatever pace your week allows.

Find out which one you are.

Eleven lessons. $27 once. Yours to keep.

Instant access, so you could be through the first one in ten minutes.
