Private 1:1 Coaching
Your labs came back normal.
Your body disagrees.
The 3-Month Gut Reset is private work with Alina to find the pattern driving your symptoms and build a protocol around it. Functional testing is included, so you stop guessing.

The Gap
Normal is a range, not a verdict.
If your bloodwork keeps coming back fine, it is worth knowing exactly what that measured, and what it never looked at.
What a standard panel asks
Are you outside the range?
Reference ranges exist to catch disease, so they are deliberately wide. Two women can sit at opposite ends of the same range and feel nothing alike.
Inside the range is not the same as working well. It only means you have not crossed a line that would make a physician act.
What functional testing asks
How is this actually working?
Narrower ranges built around function, plus markers a standard panel does not order at all.
Whether you are actually breaking food down. What your gut's own immune system is doing. Whether there is inflammation in the intestinal lining rather than the bloodstream. And what is growing in there.
None of this replaces your doctor. It asks a different question than the one your doctor was asked.
The Framework
Five patterns. Yours is one of them.
Almost every chronic gut symptom traces back to one of five root patterns: the Wired-and-Tired Gut, the Reactive Gut, the Sugar-Driven Gut, the Underactive Gut, and the Bloated and Backed-Up Gut.
From the outside they look almost identical. Underneath they need completely different protocols, which is why the plan that transformed your friend did nothing for you. Everything in the 3-Month Gut Reset is built around which one is actually yours.

Included Testing
The part that ends the guessing.
The GI-MAP is a stool test you do at home. It sells on its own for $497. It is inside this program, and Alina reads every line of it with you.
Are you breaking food down?
Pancreatic enzyme output. If this is low, it does not matter how clean the meal was. It was never properly taken apart.
What your gut's defenses are doing
Secretory IgA, the gut's own first line of defense. It tells you whether the system is on high alert or has been running flat for a long time.
Inflammation where it matters
Calprotectin reflects what is happening inside the intestinal lining itself, not in the bloodstream. This is the marker a standard panel never goes looking for.
Who is actually living there
The commensal bacteria that should be present and in what proportion, alongside the overgrowth patterns that so often are.
Uninvited guests
Bacteria, parasites, worms, viruses and H. pylori, including the antibiotic resistance genes that explain why a round of treatment did not hold.
Fungi and yeast
Including the yeast overgrowth patterns that sit behind a lot of cravings that feel impossible to control by willpower.
You do not get emailed a PDF and left to it. The results reading is a dedicated consultation where Alina goes through what each marker means for your pattern, and exactly what the protocol does about it.
The Arc
What three months actually looks like.
Not a plan you get handed once and never hear about again. Here is the shape of it.
01
Month One
Find it
Your 60-minute consultation. The GI-MAP goes out as an at-home kit, comes back, and Alina walks you through it. By the end of month one you know what you are actually working with. Most women say it is the first time anyone has explained their own symptoms to them.
02
Month Two
Work it
The protocol is live. Meals and supplementation built for your pattern, then adjusted at your 30-minute check-in based on what your body did with month one. This is usually where bloating and energy start to move.
03
Month Three
Keep it
Tightening, reintroducing foods carefully, and building the version of this you can run without thinking about it. You finish with something that does not need Alina in order to keep working.
What Is Included
Everything in the 3-Month Gut Reset.
One program, one price. The testing is in the box, not sold back to you later.
60-Minute Initial Consultation
A full history. Your symptoms, the timeline, what you have already tried, and where the gaps are.
GI-MAP Stool Test, Included
The $497 test and the full results reading are both part of the program, not an add-on sold to you later.
Monthly Follow-Up Sessions
A 30-minute session every month, so the protocol keeps pace with how your body is actually responding.
Your Gut-Type Meal Plan
Meals and supplementation built around your pattern. Not a generic list that works for everyone and no one.
Gut Reset Course Access
Three months of the self-paced course, so the private work has something to stand on between sessions.
Community and Guthub Access
The private client community, plus three months of Guthub.ai to keep track between sessions.
Honest Comparison
Why not just do this yourself?
A completely fair question, and worth answering before you spend anything. Here is what each route actually gets you.
Keep doing it yourself
Free
It genuinely works for some people, and there is no shame in trying. The limit is that you are changing one variable at a time and waiting weeks to see what it did. Most women cycle through three or four elimination diets before deciding nothing works, when the real problem was never the food.
Buy a test on its own
$497
You can order the GI-MAP by itself, and the data is completely real. What it does not come with is anyone to tell you which markers matter most for you, which order to address them in, or what that means for what you eat on Tuesday.
The 3-Month Gut Reset
$1,497, testing included
The test, the reading, the protocol built from what it found, and a practitioner adjusting it every month while your body responds. The $497 is already inside the number, so the real difference between this and the test alone is $1,000 for three months of someone who knows what they are looking at.
If route one has been working, stay on it. Most women reading this page have already given it two years.
Honest Fit
This is not right for everyone.
This is a fit if
You want to understand the cause, not just quiet the symptom.
You are willing to change how you eat for three months and see it through.
You want someone reading your results with you, not a PDF and good luck.
You have been dismissed before and you are done with that.
This is not a fit if
You are looking for a medical diagnosis. Alina is an FDN-P, not a physician.
You want a two-week fix. Gut work does not move on that timeline.
You want a supplement list without changing anything else.
You are in acute distress and need urgent care. Please see a doctor first.
Who You Are Working With
Why I work this way.
I trained as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner because I was tired of watching women get handed something for a symptom nobody had bothered to explain. Almost everyone I work with arrives having already been told their labs are normal. Several have been told it is stress, or hormones, or their age. A few have been told it is in their head.
Functional diagnostics looks at how your systems are performing rather than whether you have crossed a disease threshold. That is a different question, and it needs different testing to answer. It is also why I will tell you plainly when something belongs with your doctor rather than with me. I am not a physician and I do not diagnose.
What I do is find the pattern, build the protocol around it, and stay with you while it does its work. Three months, because that is honestly how long this takes. Anyone selling you three weeks is selling you something else.

Client Experiences
Real women. Real patterns. Real results.
I had seen four different doctors and tried every elimination diet out there. Nothing changed. Within the first three weeks of Alina's protocol, the bloating I had lived with for years started clearing up. I finally understood what was actually happening in my body.
Linda, Former Client
I used to think I just had no willpower. I craved sweets all the time, struggled with my weight, felt exhausted. Working with Alina helped me connect symptoms I never realized could be related. I feel more in control now.
Hanna, Former Client
I was constantly bloated to the point where I'd avoid certain clothes because I felt uncomfortable by the end of the day. Working with Alina helped me recognize patterns in my digestion I never connected before.

Common Questions
Before you decide anything.
Is the GI-MAP test really included in the $1,497?
Yes. The GI-MAP Stool Test sells on its own for $497, and both the test and the full results reading are inside the program price. The other four functional tests, H. Pylori, SIBO, OAT and Food Sensitivity, are not included. Those are optional clinical recommendations, decided after your initial consultation only if the picture calls for them.
What if I have already tried everything?
Most of Alina's clients arrive having tried several diets, several practitioners and a cupboard of supplements. That history is useful. It narrows down what the pattern is not, which makes the investigation faster. Tried everything usually means tried everything that was suggested, not everything that exists.
What does the free call actually involve?
Twenty minutes, and it is a conversation rather than a sales call. Alina asks about your symptoms, your history and what you have already tried. You leave with a clearer sense of what your pattern likely is and what a sensible next step looks like. There is no obligation to go further.
Is this covered by insurance?
Functional nutrition coaching is not typically covered by standard health insurance. Some HSA and FSA accounts can be used for certain services, so it is worth checking with your provider. This is not a medical service and is not billed to insurance.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
It varies, and anyone promising you a date is guessing. Many clients notice the first changes within the first few weeks of the protocol, usually in bloating and energy. Deeper pattern work takes the full three months, which is why the program runs that long rather than two weeks.
