Why most people don't finish
Most people who try a bone broth fast quit by hour six
Not because they aren't disciplined. Because nobody told them what they were walking into.
- They don't know how much broth, water, or electrolytes to actually have
- They get scared by normal adjustment symptoms and stop
- They have no one to talk them through the hard hours
- They break the fast wrong and undo the benefits on day four
The shift
Your gut doesn't need punishment. It needs a pause.
Think of your digestive system like a kitchen that has been running service every day for years, no closing hours, no deep clean. Three days of broth isn't starvation. It's the first time in a long time that the kitchen gets to stop, reset, and be properly restocked with minerals, collagen, and the building blocks your gut lining uses to repair itself.
The goal isn't to eat less. It's to give your system a window where it isn't busy.
What's included
3 days. 1 group. Real support.
This is the part that makes the difference. You are not handed a PDF and wished luck.
01
Kickoff Zoom call
Exactly what to eat before you start, how much broth per day, hydration and electrolytes, and a clear line between what's normal and what isn't. Live Q&A at the end.
02
Private group access
All three days. Post your questions, get daily encouragement, and see in real time that you are not the only one white-knuckling hour six.
03
Daily check-in from me
A short email or voice memo each morning with a nudge and one tip for that specific day. Day 1 needs something completely different from Day 3.
04
Closing Zoom call
How to break your fast properly, what to eat first, what to avoid, and where to go from here. This is the call most people skip and most regret skipping.
05
The written guide
Broth ratios and recipes, a full hydration plan, a shopping and sourcing list, and a symptom guide that tells you plainly what's normal and what means stop and check with your doctor. Yours to keep.
Not right for you? Reply and we'll refund you in full.
How it runs
What the three days actually look like
Before
Prep and kickoff
You get the guide and sourcing list the moment you join. We meet on Zoom the evening before Day 1 so you start knowing exactly what you're doing.
Day 1
The hardest day is today
Hunger comes in waves, not a straight line. A mild headache is common. I check in, you hydrate, and we get you through the afternoon together.
Day 2
Where it starts to shift
For most people the cravings drop off and energy changes character. We normalize what you're feeling and keep you posting in the group.
Day 3
Finish strong
You made it. Today is about preparing to break the fast well, because what you eat first matters more than most people realize.
After
Closing call
We celebrate, walk through the next 24 to 48 hours of reintroducing food, and talk about what to do with the momentum you just built.

Is this right for you
This reset suits some gut patterns better than others
If you've taken the Gut Pattern quiz, here's how the reset lines up with what you scored.
✓ The Reactive Gut
Your pattern suggests the barrier is doing the reacting, not the food. Three days of broth gives that barrier a genuine rest from whatever keeps provoking it.
✓ The Sugar-Driven Gut
Three days without feeding what's been driving the cravings. Most people are startled by how quickly the noise quiets down.
✓ The Bloated and Backed-Up Gut
A reset for a system that keeps refilling faster than it empties. This won't fix the location problem on its own, but it's a clean starting point.
~ The Underactive Gut
Broth is about as easy as it gets to break down, which helps when the stove isn't running hot enough. A reasonable fit.
! The Wired-and-Tired Gut
Be honest with yourself here. Fasting is a stressor, and your pattern suggests a system already running on a stress response. Come to the kickoff call and let's talk it through before you start. That call is exactly where I'd tell you if this round isn't your best move.

Who's guiding this
I'm not sending you in alone
I'm Alina Nazari, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. I spend my days with women who have been told their labs are normal while they feel anything but.
I've run this reset myself, and the first time I tried it on my own I quit by two in the afternoon. Not because it was too hard, but because I had no idea whether what I was feeling was normal or a reason to stop. That's the entire reason this is a group with daily check-ins and not a download.
Three days is short enough to commit to and long enough to notice something. I'll be in the group with you the whole way.

Client experiences
Real women. Real patterns.
These are from Alina's 1:1 coaching clients, not from this reset. The first cohort hasn't run yet, so there are no reset reviews to show you. There will be after this round. Individual experiences vary.
I was constantly bloated to the point where I'd avoid certain clothes because I felt uncomfortable by the end of the day. Working with Alina helped me recognize patterns in my digestion I never connected before.
Tiffani, Former Client
I used to think I just had no willpower. I craved sweets all the time, struggled with my weight, felt exhausted. Working with Alina helped me connect symptoms I never realized could be related. I feel more in control now.
Hanna, Former Client
I always assumed my tiredness and brain fog came from poor sleep or too much coffee. After working with Alina, I started paying attention to things I never connected before. I have more steady energy now and feel a lot better overall.

Before you ask
The questions I get every time
Won't I lose muscle in three days?
Isn't this just detox nonsense?
What can I actually have?
Can I make my own broth or do I need to buy it?
What if I have to stop partway through?
What if I can't make the live calls?
Is this a diagnosis or a treatment plan?
What happens after the three days?
Please read this before you join
This is not medical advice, and it is not for everyone. Please sit this round out, or loop in your doctor first, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, underweight, or have a history of disordered eating.
If at any point during the three days you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell, stop and eat. That instruction stands above anything else on this page.
If you join and then realize you fall into one of these categories, email us and we'll refund you in full, no questions.
